From: Town Of Carver

Fiscal Year 2023 Preliminary REAL ESTATE and PERSONAL PROPERTY tax bills were mailed June 30, 2022.  These bills include the remittance stubs for quarters one and two, due August 1, 2022 and November 1, 2022, respectively.  Payments must be received in the Tax Collector’s office on or before these dates to be considered paid on time.  A postmark date is not accepted as payment received.

If there is a PY after the bill number, there is an outstanding balance due on the previous year’s tax bill.  If there is a TT after the bill number, the parcel is in tax title for previous year(s)’s taxes.  Any previous year’s taxes are NOT included in the amount showing due for FY23.  Please call the Collector’s office at 508-866-3434 for the amount due.

As per Massachusetts General Law (MGL) Chapter 59 §57A, Carver is not billing preliminary real estate or personal property taxes for accounts whose combined quarter one and two total is less than $100.01.  The full year’s taxes will be billed on the FY23 actual tax bill for quarters three and four, due February 1, 2023 and May 1, 2023, respectively.
