FY23 2nd Quarter Real Estate And Personal Property Taxes Due November 1st

The Town of Carver second quarter Fiscal Year 2023 Real Estate And Personal Property tax bills are due Tuesday, November 1, 2022.  Remittance stubs for these bills were mailed June 30, 2022, with the first quarter remittance stub.  The amounts due must be received in the Tax Collector’s office on or before November 1, 2022, to be received on time.  Postmark date is not acceptable as payment made. 

All Fiscal Year 2023, Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills, remaining unpaid after their respective due dates are subject to 14% per annum interest from the due date.

If mailing payment, please include the proper remittance stub.  If paying in person, please bring the entire bill.  If you are paying through your Bank’s Online Bill Pay, you must include the bill number, fiscal year, and type of bill in the Memo field.  If paying multiple bills, include each bill number.  If not included, your check may be returned and interest or charges may accrue.  Please Verify The Bill Pay Address Matches What Is On The Payment Remittance Stub & Allow Enough Time For Check Delivery.

Payments can be made in person at the Town Hall Tax Collector’s office on the 2nd floor, 108 Main Street; payment by check can be dropped off in an envelope addressed to the Collector in the box outside of Town Hall; online through our website, (click here for a direct link to UniPay); or by sending in payment with the remittance stub to our lockbox at Town of Carver, Dept 6310, PO Box 4110, Woburn, MA  01888-4110 or directly to our office mailing address at PO Box 67, Carver, MA  02330.

The Tax Collector's office is open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday until 7:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Please call 508-866-3434 or email [email protected] if you are in need of your bill number and/or amount due.
