Enjoy local acoustic music at our family-friendly monthly event! Join us on Monday, June 19, from 6:30-7:30 PM at the Main Library as singer/songwriters Ryan Biter and Eric Douglas take the stage to perform their original works. 

Arouna and Zaza Diarra: West African Folk Music

Don't miss this performance by Arouna Diarra, an accomplished musician from West Africa, at the Foothills Library on Sunday, June 25, from 3-4 PM. Accompanied by his wife, Zaza, he will enchant you with a rich tapestry of traditional instruments and heartfelt folk songs. Singing in their native language with spirit, nostalgia, and great joy, this talented pair brings the vibrant sounds of West African music into the modern day.

Maricopa County Reads is the award-winning summer reading program provided by the Maricopa County Library District to all public, tribal and military base libraries within Maricopa County. This program is funded by the Maricopa County Library District.
