WHAT'S HAPPENING

The Great Kearney BBQ Smoke Out

We have a full day of activities planned for friends and families to enjoy during the Great Kearney BBQ Smoke Out. 

BBQ CONTEST

The highlight of the day is the KCBS Sanctioned Masters Series BBQ Contest with 46 teams from across the western United States competing to be Grand Champion.

Nine teams are competing in the People's Choice Contest and will be vying for your vote to be the best BBQ.

FAMILY FUN

We have partnered with Fresno Social Sports to create a Family Zone full of games and activities to amuse you all day. In addition to Giant Jenga and Giant Connect Four, there will be a huge blow-up obstacle course, whiffle ball tournament and more. 

LIVE MUSIC

The Main Stage features a full day of live music from our favorite Valley musicians. Bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket and plan to spend the day listening to these great acts.

FOOD!

Fresno Street Eats is to bringing Fresno's favorite cuisines to the party. With more than 12 food trucks on site, you will be able to feast on a multitude of flavors throughout the day. Each food truck has cooked up their own twist on BBQ with new additions to their traditional menus.

BEER & WINE

The event also offers the chance to taste many great wines and beers. Visit the Wine Growers Association Bar and the Firestone Beer Garden to sample and vote for your favorite drink. The competition is expected to be stiff.

DRONE SHOW

The night ends with a Drone Light Show, the first in the history of the Central Valley!
