WHAT: Guilford County Schools (GCS) is looking for candidates to join its teaching assistant staff.

GCS is holding a job fair for people interested in careers in education. Candidates can learn more about the district’s competitive pay and great benefits. They will also have the opportunity to interview for teaching assistant positions and be hired on the spot.

Applicants should bring a copy of their transcript showing 48 semester hours of completed higher education courses or evidence of the Workkeys exam plus six semester hours. Interested applicants who don’t have the items above or need to take the Workkeys test are still encouraged to attend.

WHEN: Wednesday, November 16 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

WHERE: GCS Board Room, 712 N. Eugene Street, Greensboro
