“Jimmy Fulton is all that and a bag of chips.” So begins one of several nominations for Fulton, a network analyst in the technology services department, who today was named the July GCS Employee of the Month. 

Fulton was praised for his kindness and patience when helping customers at the district’s central offices with their technology needs.  

“Jimmy is one of the most responsive colleagues that I know,” says Dibrelle Tourret, director of the academically gifted department. “He was invaluable this year as my department implemented online assessment for the first time, and he helped to ensure that students at the Virtual Academy were able to take the assessment at Washington Street. He spent hours verifying devices ahead of time and was present during testing to help troubleshoot. He is a problem-solver, has a calm and soothing demeanor, and never makes you feel that you are a bother.” 

Fulton received a $50 gift card?courtesy of the Greensboro Jaycees. During the month of?July,?his?photo will hang at the district’s central offices, at technology services, and at the?Greensboro Jaycees office.
