Year End Message

It feels like just last month we were preparing to kick-off Highfield’s 2022 season and here we are closing out the year. We hope you had a chance to visit us this year and especially for the 16th Annual Holidays at Highfield.

This year’s décor theme, Home for the Holidays, was designed to bring you back to a time of warm memories and happiness. It is our hope that Highfield Hall also instills in you a sense of place, warm memories and happiness – this past year certainly did for us and we have you to thank for it.

In addition to 8 seasonal exhibits we presented over 150 programs and welcomed over 12,000 visitors. We tapped our toes and sang along with all the wonderful musicians. We had a howling good time with the Hounds of Highfield!

In October we partnered once again with the Wampanoag Tribe and Falmouth Rotary to present the 2nd Annual Wampanoag Cultural Celebration Day with over 300 people attending.

As we look forward to 2023, we’re filled with excitement for all we have planned and we hope you will be too, but we can’t do it without you! Your support today will help us make Highfield not just your “Home for the Holidays” but your HOME all year long!

With best wishes for your holidays.

Year End Appeal

Did you know...

The 1878 Highfield Hall estate, which played a formative role in Falmouth’s history, was saved by the community. Today, it exists to serve the community. And, in large part, it is sustained by the community. We are here for you…because of you!

Today, Highfield Hall & Gardens is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that leases the property from the town of Falmouth. Our purpose is to act as stewards of the property while providing our community with rich, diverse and affordable opportunities to experience all that Highfield has to offer. This year we welcomed more than 10,000 people to the house and presented 150 programs and events.

Your Continued Support is Vital to help keep our programming affordable and accessible to everyone in our community.

Your donation today will enable us to meet our 2022 financial obligations and begin planning for our 2023 programs and eventsPlease Give Today!

Full Moon Reiki Reset

Guided Relaxation And Sound Bath

NEW Online Fall Series

January 6, 2023

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (EST)

$20/members $25/non-members

Please join Victoria and Yves Vandeplas for this virtual guided breathing and relaxation, followed by a planetary gong and crystal bowl sound bath with energetic reiki harmonization.

The full moon is a time to let go of anything that no longer serves you, and create space for anything you’d like to call in during the weeks ahead. For those who are sensitive, the energy of the full moon also tends to intensify whatever emotional state you are in, so it’s the perfect time to get centered.

We suggest that you attend the zoom class somewhere where you can lie down, wear comfortable clothes, have a blanket or two handy, socks if your feet get cold and anything else you might want to feel comfortable lying down. For a better sound experience, please have earphones on for the sound bath portion of the class.
