The Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County (HMTC) Strongly Condemns Neo-Nazi Display of Swastika Flags outside Georgia Synagogues on June 24th

Glen Cove, New York - The Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County (HMTC) is deeply disturbed by the recent display of swastika flags outside multiple synagogues in Georgia by a group of neo-Nazis. This hateful and insensitive act is a clear reminder of the ongoing threat of antisemitism that continues to plague our society.

As an organization dedicated to preserving the memory of the Holocaust, we stand in solidarity with the Jewish communities of Georgia during this difficult time. We understand the fear and anxiety that such displays can cause, and we are committed to working together with local authorities to ensure that all individuals and communities are protected from acts of hate and intolerance.

HMTC condemns all forms of hate speech and actions, and we call on all individuals and organizations to stand united against the rise of antisemitism and other forms of bigotry. We believe that education and awareness are key to combating these dangerous ideologies, and we remain committed to educating the public about the dangers of hate and intolerance.

To the Jewish communities of Georgia, we stand with you in the fight against antisemitism, hate, and intolerance. Together, we can build a better future for all people, free from the scourge of hate and violence.
