9:45 a.m: Cowboy Church (in arena) followed by attendees providing a pot luck lunch in 4H Building.
11:30 a.m: Fairgrounds Set-up - each 4-H family brings 1 doz. cookies & 2 lbs. of browned hamburger. No lunch served at clean up.
1:00 p.m: Jetmore Gun Club Trap Shoot
5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Promise Keepers serves Hamburger BBQ - At fairgrounds.
7:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Christian Concert
7:00 p.m: Theta Pi Ice Cream Social

July 11, 2022

10:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m or 1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m: 4-H Consultation starts. (All 4-H indoor projects must be entered except crops, garden & flowers and Aquarium or Hand Pets) 4-H Arts/Crafts, Photography, 4-H Foods Consultative Judging Starts.  Half exhibitors morning & half afternoon. After signing up judging for each session is first come, first judged during each session. Projects must be there by 11:00 am or 2:00 pm, depending on session signed up for. Brought in but not judged until Wednesday, July 13, include: 4-H Rocketry; 4-H Clothing; 4-H Fiber Arts, 4-H Notebooks, Displays, Posters, Videos; 4-H Entomology; & the rest of the 4-H projects located indoors.)
5:30 p.m: Buymanship & Clothing Construction Style Judging – Presbyterian Church

9:00 a.m: Horse Show - Fairground

July 13, 2022

9:00 a.m: Cinnamon Rolls and Start Scavenger Hunt Bingo
7:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Weigh-in Hogs, can weigh or check in other livestock.
11:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m: Open Class entries accepted. 4-H Crop, garden and flowers and 4-H Aquarium and Hand Pets, also accepted.
12:00 p.m: 4-H Lunch served on grounds
2:30 p.m: Consultation Judging starts in 4-H Rocketry and Fiber Arts. All other 4-H indoor projects not previously judged will be judged.
2:30 p.m: Judging starts in Open Class and 4-H Horticulture
5:00  p.m -  8:00 p.m: 4-Hers Serving Sloppy Joes/Enchiladas Supper
5:00  p.m - 6:30 p.m: Weigh-in Beef
7:00 p.m: Pee Wee Football serving snow-cones
7:00 p.m: Buymanship and Clothing Construction Public Style Review and County Fair Princess, Pageant Announcement
8:00 p.m: Cornhole Tournament

9:00 a.m: Cinnamon Rolls
7:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m: Check-in Rabbits and Poultry
8:30 a.m: Livestock judging of Hogs, Sheep and Goats, Following judging Fun Pee Wee Pig Parade
12:00 p.m: 4-H Lunch served on grounds
1:00  p.m - 5:00 p.m: 4-H/FFA Members Swim free at Hg. Co. Pool
5:00 p.m: Pee Wee Football serving snow-cones
5:00  p.m - 8:00 p.m: 4-Hers Serving Pulled Pork Supper
5:00 p.m - 6:30 p.m: Pedal Tractor Pull Registration
5:30 p.m: Launch Rockets
7:15 p.m: Hodgeman County Farm Bureau host the Paul Wasko Memorial Pedal Tractor Pull for a Family Fun Night

10:00 a.m: Scan-0-Gram
12:00 p.m: 4-H Lunch served on grounds
1:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: 4-H/FFA Members Swim free at Hg. Co. Pool
1:30 p.m: Bike and Trike Rodeo Sponsored by the Hodgeman County Sheriff
2:00 p.m: John Ewy - “HG History”
4:00 p.m: Pee Wee Football serving snow-cones
5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: 4-H Taco Salad Supper
6:00 p.m: Judging of 1st and 2 - Year Bucket Calf, Dairy, Cow-calf, Breeding Beef and Market Beef
8:30 p.m: Community Softball Game

9:00 a.m: Round Robin Fitting and Showing Contest Following RR Jr. Showmanship training
10:00 a.m: 4-H Concessions Open
10:00 a.m: Cow Patti Bingo
12:00 p.m: Pee Wee Football serving snow-cones
12:00 p.m: 4-H Lunch served on grounds
1:00  p.m - 5:00 p.m: 4-H/FFA Members Swim free at Hg. Co. Pool
2:00 p.m: Open Class Pet Show
2:00 p.m: Corn Hole Exhibition and try outs

4:00 p.m: WIFE Scholarship Presentation, Willis Warner Rate of Gain Contest, Cookie Jar Auction, and Market Livestock Sale, 2022 Sale Species Order: Rabbits, Poultry, Cattle, Sheep, Meat Goat, Hogs
5:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: United Wireless Night at the Fair. Fair Board serving Brisket.
6:00 p.m: All entries released
8:00 pm - 11:45 p.m: Bootleggers/Hodgeman County Community Dance Fairgrounds, featuring Makayla Brownlee”, Bring Own Refreshments.
