Decorating Day Tuesday - 7am - 7pm

Registered Silent Auction Designers drop off decorated tabletop trees, wreaths, and swags at the Helena Civic Center beginning at 7am. Set up must be complete by 7pm.

November 29, 2023

Tea in the Trees Wednesday - 11:30 am

Hostesses reserve a table, invite 7 friends and set a beautiful Tea Table using their own linens, dishware, tea set, and centerpiece.

11:30am Viewing begins of the stunning tea tables, Festival Trees and Silent Auction Mezzanine while enjoying live piano music.

12:30pm lunch is served and program begins.

Advance table reservation required for hostesses. The cost is $315/ table of 8.

Evening in the Trees Thursday A 16 & over event

Enjoy an evening strolling through the beautiful Festival Trees and Silent Auction Mezzanine to the live music of David & Deidre Casey, while

enjoying gourmet appetizers and complimentary champagne and sparkling cider.

Starlight Gala

Dinner & Live Auction

This exclusive evening begins with a sumptuous dinner catered by Chili O'Briens, followed by the highly anticipated main event: the live auction of the Ballroom Festival Trees.

The Starlight Gala is an invitation-only event that fills up quickly and serves as the Festival's pinnacle fundraising event in support of Intermountain.

Cost is $150/seat; advance ticket purchase required.

Jingle Bell Jam featuring The Jake Maurer Band all the way from Nashville!

A 21 & over event

Jake Maurer has been headlining 5 nights a week on the main stage of the world-famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in Nashville since 2007. A country singer-songwriter, husband, and father of five, Jake also plays acoustic guitar and entertains with the best of them.
Jake expands his tour every year and performs regularly at festivals across the country. The Jake Maurer Band has headlined several times at the Inter- mountain Summer Roundup fundraiser in Kalispell. We are excited to welcome this talented group of musicians to the Festival of Trees Jingle Bell Jam! Grab your partner and your boots and get ready to dance the night away!

When you need to catch your breath, enjoy a stroll through the Festival Trees and Silent Auction Mezzanine.

Food and bar service available for purchase.

Doors open at 7pm. Live music 8-11pm

Family Fun Days

Saturday And Sunday

Kids will enjoy crafts in Fun Land, visits with Santa & Mrs. Claus, cookie decorating, and more! (There will be no professional photo packages offered, but you are welcome to use your camera to take photos with Santa. One of our volunteers can assist with family photos.)

View the Ballroom Festival Trees and the Silent Auction Mezzanine which displays hundreds of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, and a wide selection of gift baskets for your bidding pleasure. Mobile bidding allows you to keep an eye on your bids all week long.

$4 per person, a advance ticket purchase. Ages 3 & under are free.

Youth Performances will be taking center stage in the Auditorium all weekend long! There is no ticket required to enjoy the show.
