Hike at Grayville: Hibernation
Fri, Nov. 4 at 11am
We'll gather for a hike at your children's pace, nurturing their innate curiosity, and enjoying free play and community building out in nature. This month we will talk about the changing seasons, hibernation, and maybe even build some forts. Dress in layers and for dirt and water play, bring water, and a picnic lunch should you wish.

First Friday Fam Jam!

Lebanon Lions Vision Testing for Homeschoolers

The Lebanon Lions Club and The Kids Sight Program will be providing vision testing for people of all ages. This short electronic screening will tell you if you should see an optometrist. Each screening takes less than five minutes.

Read, Rock & Rhyme
Wednesdays at 11am
Join us in the Community Room to share songs, rhymes, musical instruments, movement, finger plays and more. Open play is available at the end of the program. RR&R is for children ages 0 - 2 years & their caregivers (siblings too).
Poetry Out Loud
Wednesdays from 2:30 - 4 pm
Weekly workshop series facilitated by library aide, Shomriel. Each week we will read works by various poets, share original poems, practice memorization and performance techniques. This month, we also welcome visiting poets from Poetic Release, UCONN's slam poetry group. This program is for teens, ages 13-18. We meet in the Teen Room; after school busing available from Lyman, just bring a note to the main office.

Thursdays at 4pm
Chess - Nov. 10 We meet in the community room for an hour and play chess or solve chess puzzles. This is not a place to learn how to play, this is a place to play. Ages 8+
Magic the Gathering - Nov. 3 & 17 We meet for an hour and play Magic the Gathering. The official recommended age for the game is 13+ because it is complicated, but we can help you learn the game.
Tai Chi with Joe Pandolfo

Each week we explore rejuvenating movements, simple wellness techniques and tranquil meditations from classical Chinese healing and living arts.

Homeschool Friday
Friday, Nov. 18 at 2pm
Calling all homeschoolers, unschoolers, self-directed learners of all kinds and ages! We'll meet to play, explore, and exchange learning ideas and pathways, host special guests, play outside, create artwork, and read books.
11/18: Make decorations to celebrate Marcel. Stay after for free vision screenings with the Lions Club. No meetup 11/11 or 11/25 (library closed for holidays)
Warhammer 40k
