12 - 4:00 PM: Demos From Rocky Mountain Bikes

Between clinics and group rides, get in line to demo one of Rocky Mountain’s new lineup of mountain bikes!

Work on the skills essential to good cornering and maneuvering with our dude Mike, BICP Level 1 instructor.

1 - 3 PM: Women’s Intermediate-Advanced Skills- Lindsay Nohl
*Reserve a spot for $30 on Eventbrite (limited capacity)

Technical maneuver clinic with certified instructor and Executive Director of MTB The Tetons, Lindsay Nohl. Build on body positioning and getting tires off the ground working on pedal wheelies, wheel lifts, drops, etc.

Kid’s Clinics & Ride- Stacy Wells:

2:30 - 3:30 PM: 6-8 Year Olds
3:30 - 4:30 PM: 9-12 Year Olds, group ride to follow

Sign up the kids at registration to better their skills with certified Level 1 instructor (BICP and PMBIA), Stacy, for a kid’s only ride, meeting at JBR Parking Lot.

Ease into the morning with coffee and a light breakfast provided by The Bake Shop at Bruce’s parking lot in Sinks Canyon before hitting your clinic or shuttles!

Female identifying riders are welcome to meet at Central Wyoming College’s Alpine Science Institute campus, followed by a Ladies Lap on Brewers in Sinks Canyon. Learn from BICP level 1 instructors, Stacy Wells, Lindsay Nohl and Clair Smith.

Cruise up to Bruce’s Parking Lot in Sinks Canyon for a light breakfast before 8am, otherwise make sure you have plenty of water, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks, and all biking gear.

Meet in the parking lot before the bridge at CWC’s Alpine Science Institute, 50 Field Station Road.

8:00 - 10:00 AM: Advanced Skills With Darran Wells
Reserve your spot for $30 on Eventbrite (limited capacity)

Work on riding the new trails and jumplines at CWC’s Alpine Science Institute the way they’re meant to be ridden. Get your wheels in the air with Lander's Professor of Mountain Biking, Darran Wells.

8:30 AM - 2 PM: Shuttles At Bruce's Sponsored By Wind River Shuttle

Shuttles every half-hour from Bruce’s Parking Lot to Fossil Hill Trailhead.

*Know before you go— Brewers Trail information can be found on the Trailforks app, AllTrails or MTB Project. While not impossible, the “Lower” section of the trail is not typically considered beginner-level. It’s technically split into two sections, Upper and Lower- Upper Brewers is fun, flowy and more approachable to a wider audience. You can catch both sections (or do it all!) from where you’ll be dropped off at Fossil Hill. Ask us about it!

8:30 AM - 2 PM: Demos From Rocky Mountain Bikes

If you didn’t get a chance to demo one of Rocky Mountain’s new bikes at JBR, try one out on Brewers!

Demos are only allowed on Brewers trail, and no further than the top of Upper Brewers (Worthen parking lot).

We’ll reserve one of the last shuttles of the day for a female-friendly beginner group ride led by clinic instructor Stacy Wells.

Close the weekend learning about some of the newest developments in singletrack in the Lander area at CWC’s ASI Campus, closed with an evening of music on the Middle Fork patio.

CWC Alpine Science Institute:

9 AM - 1 PM | Group Ride, introduction to the New Trails & program at asi, Hands-On Trail Building and Lunch With Darran Wells

Curious what all the hype is about over at Central Wyoming College’s Alpine Science Institute? Get the inside scoop from the new Trail Building Program Director and CWC Professor, Darran Wells, on all of the additions, improvements, and planning that’s been happening with the help of local Lander mountain bike legend/professional trail builder, Alan Mandel.

We will be going for a quick ride on the trails, stopping every so often to hear Darran enlighten us on the process, the highlights, the exciting stuff, followed by some hands-on trail work to help maintain this amazing resource we have in our community.

Meet at the first parking lot on the left before you hit the bridge at Alpine Science Institute promptly at 9AM.

Tools will be provided, but don’t forget sun protection, work gloves/boots, water, and a backpack.
