Sunday Morning Meditation
FROM PROBLEMS TO PEACE
10:30 - 11:45am
$15, Free for Members
with Resident Teacher, Gen Chogyop

What is meditation really?

What are the results? What do we meditate on? How do we do it? If we train in meditation systematically, eventually we will be able to eradicate from our mind the negative thoughts, called delusions, that are the causes of all our problems and suffering.

Each week learn a new meditation that will lead you towards permanent peace and happiness. Learn step by step methods for successful meditation with Gen Chogyop.

Although presented in a series, each class is self-contained. Perfect for beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

We are located across from Christ Church and the Arden Theater at 47-49 N. 2nd Street, just above Market Street—the entrance is around the side on Cuthbert St.

The area is rich with coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants, and convenient public transportation.

Take the Market Frankfort line to 2nd and Market Streets. We're a half block north of Market on the east side of 2nd street.

Indego Bike stations at 2nd & Market, 5th & Market, 2nd & Race, 4th & Walnut and many others close by.

Close bus routes are the 33, 42, 17 and 21 (all on Market or 3rd & Market Streets.)

From I-95 take exit 22 for Callowhill St toward I-676 / US-30 E / Independence Hall. There is on-street kiosk parking and paid parking lots at 210 Filbert St (behind Christ Church) and a half block below the meditation center on 2nd Street.
