Introduction & 3 retreat sessions with
with Resident Teacher, John Baker
Feeling blocked in your meditation practice and your life? Clear it out!
Do you sometimes feel negative and unhappy but aren't sure why? Buddha taught many methods to "clean out" negativity from our past, and ways to prevent developing negativity in the future. In this retreat we will learn the practice of Buddha Vajrasattava, the Buddha of purification. Through developing sincere regret for our past negativity, relying on Vajrasattva and reciting his mantra, and practicing refraining from negativity, we will develop strong positive mental habits and create greater mental freedom and peace.
Everyone is welcome. Light refreshments provided between sessions.

Learn about the mind of Generosity! SUNDAY MORNING MEDITATION
Sunday, 12/4 • 10:30-11:45am $15 • Free for members
with Resident Teacher, Sarah Frew
Although we use many positive words to describe the holidays, the end of the year and holiday season can induce stress! In this series, we're practicing meditations and techniques to help us connect with our positive minds and our loving hearts so that we can slow down, relax, and truly enjoy the season. This Sunday we'll learn to abide in the powerful mind of Gratitude.
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
