After School Fall Registration Open!
Join Kala’s After School Program today! Our fun and interactive art-making experiences are designed for young artists in 1st-5th grades.

Participants explore a variety of visual art media, techniques, and concepts, and learn about diverse artists, artistic practices, and themes related to personal and community experiences. Our classes encourage young artists to connect, experiment, and dive deep into the creative process!

Kala's Education Team is looking for teaching artists who have experience teaching visual art to diverse youth and family populations and want to work in a community setting. Kala has two positions currently open - Art Sales & Collections Manager and Communications & Development Manager. Positions are 30-36 hours a week (4 days week), $27-$29/hr and include health, dental, vision, paid time off and other benefits. We’re seeking candidates aligned with Kala’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion as we build creative opportunities for artists and the community.
