Food Distribution
Tuesday, June 7, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Location: Mastick Parking Lot
St. Barnabas Catholic Church will be distributing free food to all Mastick Senior Center members and visitors.  An assortment of items such as pasta, cans of soup, vegetables, fruit, tuna, and chicken will be available on tables under the breezeway awning, along the side of the building.  Please stop by on your way to or from a class or visiting the Thrift Shop!

Eye Health with Dr. Liu

Curious about how to keep your eyes healthy as you age?  Get the latest scoop from a board-certified ophthalmologist!  Topics include: sun protection, dry eyes, cataracts, macular degeneration, and more.  There will be a brief lecture followed by a “Q & A” session with Dr. Liu.  Looking forward to seeing you there!  To register, click here.

REGISTRATION FOR FALL PROGRAMS ~ MONDAY, JUNE 13

On Monday, June 13, at 9:00 a.m., register for fall programs online by visiting www.alamedaca.gov/Departments/Recreation-Parks, in-person, or by phone 510-747-7500.  Members may sit in the designated waiting area and will be registered in order of arrival. 

A complete listing of fall programs will be available in the Alameda Recreation and Park Department (ARPD) Activity Guide at www.alamedaca.gov/Departments/Recreation-Parks.   Additionally, the ARPD Activity Guide will be mailed to all Alameda households.
