Yoga – Poses, Breath and Meditation
Bring a mat, blanket, and two yoga blocks if you have them.

$20 per class

A well-rounded yoga practice delving into the multiple branches of yoga. Library Director Teresa says "I really enjoy how Jenny talks the class through the poses and muscle groups; highlighting how small adjustments can make a big difference. A great class for those that want to know more about yoga."
The class is accessible to beginners; and variations of poses will be given for those who have been practicing. Please bring a yoga mat and wear stretchy or loose clothing. If possible, bring two yoga blocks and one blanket (any blanket will do). Get ready to experience joy and restfulness!
