New Beginnings of Central Florida 13TH annual Gala is just around the corner and is creating a lot of buzz in the community. Over 400 people are anticipated attending. The 2023 Dancing Under the Stars Gala has 8 community leaders dancing their best moves. They dancers are seeking your vote to raise money for New Beginnings.

The community leaders dancing includes Dr. Junita Benedict of Athena Pelvic Therapy; Banks Helfrich-State Representative Candidate; Pat Caracciolo, owner of Pat the Dog Pet Resort, Clermont Mayor Tim Murry, Groveland Mayor Evelyn Wilson, Shauna Vaughan of Precision Integrative Medicine; Heather Krukoski Case Manager at Woodwinds Apartments, and Wade Boyette of BCN Attorneys at Law. They are seeking your vote for the People’s Choice Trophy. Attendees and non-attendees can vote for their favorite dancers by visiting www.NBCFL.org.

Gala Judges and former New Beginnings will include David Helton of The Pamela J. Helton Law Firm, Gary Schindele of Paladin Health Care, Kalena Meyers of Montverde Academy and Kristin Jamieson of Jamieson Mortgage Team.

Internationally award-winning Alberto Hoyas of Life Dance Mastery is coordinating the dancers and instructors including Eugee Parkhimovich, Anna Lukashova, William Proper, Selena Hoyas, James Bartlett, Jazmyn Durgin, and Valiant Ray.

New Beginnings Executive Director Steve Smith shared, “Linda and I are sincerely grateful for the presenting Title Sponsors with Harper Family Charitable Foundation, United Health Care, PNC Bank, Life Wealth Group, Carrabba’s, Scates Realty, Suncreek Brewery and others who sponsored this year’s gala. We appreciate the many who have already bought a table to bring us closer to create New Beginnings Village-affordable housing for homeless families.” A few tables are still available to purchase that seat up to 10 guests.

New Beginnings of Central Florida is dedicated to help the homeless and less fortunate in central Florida to transform their lives through counseling, life and computer skills with job training that leads to a sustainable wage job and an affordable home.

Time: 6:30 pm

Doors open for a cocktail party and silent auction at 5:30 PM. The evening kicks off with a cocktail party and silent auction in the lobby with dinner in the ballroom starting at 6pm. Dinner is being provided by Carabba’s Italian Grill. Everyone will be coming together to have fun and to raise funds to house and restore lives.
