Please join us!  This family-friendly event, presented by the Union County Board of County Commissioners, will feature Santa’s arrival at Terrana Orthodontics  on South Street and his parade through downtown with the NPHS Marching Band; merchant activities and giveaways; and fantastic fireworks sponsored by NP Fuel! This event takes place in downtown New Providence (South St., Springfield Ave., Adam’s Shopping Center, and the Village Shopping Center) and will offer fun for everyone.

We hope everyone in town will come out to support our beloved merchants and enjoy the festivities and fireworks!  See you there!

Event Timeline :

5:00 PM – Downtown merchants are open to welcome attendees
5:30 PM – South St. closes from Gales Dr. to Springfield Ave.
6:00 PM – Event starts with Santa’s arrival on the roof at Terrana Orthodontics (65 South St.) and his parade through downtown and the Village Shopping Center with the NPHS marching band. All participating merchants remain open.  The Parade is immediately followed by a fantastic fireworks show sponsored by NP Fuel- visible from anywhere within the event area!
7:00 PM – Event ends after fireworks, South St. reopens (merchants can choose to stay open later)
