Find Your Voice: Art for 3-6 year olds
Monday, July 10 at 2pm

Join us every Monday until August 7 for different activities for 3-6 year olds. This week we will be exploring different arts and crafts techniques!

Virtual Pajama Time
Monday, July 10 at 7pm

Get ready for bed by listening to these stories and songs that will help you drift off to dreamland.

Ages: 3 and up

Wake-Up Sunshine Storytime
Tuesday, July 11 and Thursday, July 13 at 10am AND 11am

Start your day with stories, songs and rhymes led by Newton Free Library children’s librarians.

Ages: 0-2

Dance Me a Story: LIVE at Hyde Bandstand
Tuesday, July 11 at 4:30pm

This concert will take place at the Hyde Bandstand and Playground. In case of inclement weather it will be moved indoors to the Library. The Joanne Langione Dance Center brings us this fun, family event where music, movement and literature align to encourage exploration and imaginative play!

Matt Heaton: LIVE at Hyde Bandstand
Wednesday, July 12 at 10:30am

This concert will take place at the Hyde Bandstand and Playground. In case of inclement weather it will be moved indoors to the Library. Bring the whole family to this fun outdoor concert!

Reader’s Theater
Wednesday, July 12 at 2pm

Join fellow future actors and actresses in putting on mini plays based on well known folk tales.

Ages: 7-10

Lego Free Playz
Wednesday, July 12 from 7-8pm

Come anytime during the hour to build, explore and create with legos!

Ages: 7 and up

Thursday, July 13 at 2pm

Join us every Thursday until August 10 for different activities for 7-9 year olds. This week we will be creating our own journals!

Family Fun
Saturday, July 15 from 10am-12pm

Drop in anytime between 10am and noon for self-directed activities and games for families with kids of all ages.

Dial a Story: Listen to a children’s librarian read you a story over the phone. Call 617-796-1415 to listen to a story anytime you like. A new story is recorded weekly. For kids of all ages.
