First Thursdays: Paint in the Dark Día de Los Muertos

5 PM – 8 PM | Día de Los Muertos exhibition open

6PM – 8PM  | Paint Workshop

Explore First Thursdays at the Museum – celebrate Día de los Muertos by creating your own glow-in-the-dark calavera painting. Experiment with neon paint in a UV setting with Artist Mario Solorzano.

This workshop is now at capacity, however the museum galleries will remain available from 5pm-8pm.

The Ontario Museum of History & Art presents Día de los Muertos: Recuerdos de Sabores. Join the Museum for the 25th anniversary of the Día de Los Muertos exhibition. To continue the Museum’s longstanding tradition, artists were invited to explore flavorful memories of the past. Día de los Muertos: Recuerdos de Sabores is an exhibition featuring ofrendas and artwork of cherished moments and cuisines that remind us of our departed family and friends.
