What's new with OCCCA Artists?
The Artists that work to make the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art an outstanding non-profit, alternative gallery space in Southern California have continued to create during this time of Covid with many projects and accomplishments. We thought you might like to see what we have been up to the last few months beyond the gallery.

Come meet our artists during the Art Walk on September 3, 2022 between 6:00 -10:00 pm when we will return to Art Walk and opening receptions in the gallery with the exhibition Hidden Territories.

OCCCA Artist, Brennan Roach just came back from Morocco. He performs in a band, "Time & Energy", as well as creates poetry. His new album just dropped.

OCCCA artist, musician and collector, Rich Bohn with his new acquisition of a Rob Mintz painting, from the OCCCA benefit auction. Rich is also a musician playing locally in the Reef Brothers Band and occasionally in the gallery during receptions.

OCCCA Artist, Evalynn Alu recently shipped her painting, Multidimensional Mind, 2022,  to a collector in Montana.  Evalynn also is the judge for the Orange County Fair, paintings. She just completed directing the large scale community project, Soul Birds, which can be seen on the outside wall of OCCCA.

OCCCA Artist, Andrea Moni was featured in Hospice Magazine for her exhibition Collaborate, Create and Heal.

OCCCA Artist, Gina Genis

Gina's photograph, Forest Finds is included in the show "Found Objects" at the Photo Place Gallery in Middlebury, VT. The show runs from June 23 - July 22, 2022. "It is a collection of objects (can, rocks, flowers) I found after the devastating Mountain Fire in Idyllwild. All are charred and blackened from intense flames and smoke."
