Create family memories as you Build-a-Bear and learn about all of the services offered by the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County! This event is for families with kids ages 0-5.

The Early Learning Coalition offers such services as the Voluntary Prekindergarten Program, Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Services, and School Readiness Child Care Financial Assistance.
