This is an open themed competition and exhibition. Artists are invited to submit their original artwork in any medium (drawings, painting, pottery, digital art, photography, sculpture, multimedia, etc.)

Plymouth Center for the Arts membership is not required for this show

AWARDS

Best in Show First, Second and Third place awards in the following age divisions: 6-10, 11-13 and 14-18

DETAILS

Artists must be 6 – 18 years of age at the time of the exhibit.

Artwork must have been completed within the last 12 months and not have been submitted in a previous Young @ Art exhibit.

Two pieces of artwork per artist are allowed. Cost: $5.00 per piece Payment and registration can be completed at drop off, or CLICK HERE to pre-register online.

Wednesday, September 28th, from 4 – 7 pm

ART DISPLAY SPECIFICATIONS

Size of framed artwork may not exceed 36” in any direction.
Please print artist name, artwork title and telephone number & firmly attach to the back.
All works on paper (watercolors, photos, drawings, etc.) must be framed and under glass/Plexiglas.
Flat style canvas panels must be framed and wired for hanging.
Stretched/box type canvas need not be framed but must be wired for hanging.
Wires must be taut, strong enough to hold the piece & securely attached to the frame 1/3 the distance from the top.
Pedestals and a limited number of easels are available for 3D artwork.
Artwork not ready for hanging or display cannot be accepted.
