Councilman Kinsinger and his wife Judy will be returning to Iowa due to family circumstances. Roger and his wife moved to Prescott Valley in 2016. He was elected and took his seat on Town Council in January, 2021.

A US Army veteran who fought in Vietnam, Kinsinger is a member of VFW Post 10227 and American Legion Post 140. He has also served as a member of the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, CASA Senior Center, and the Heights Church. Council will be undergoing a process in December to appoint a new member who will fulfill Kinsinger's term, ending in December 2024.

“Councilman Kinsinger has been a true statesman and steward of our community while serving on Council. His common sense and community-first approach mentality will be missed from the dais,” said Mayor Kell Palguta.
