Raynham Community Read 2022: Caleb's Crossing
Books available at front desk starting September 6th

Join this year's Raynham Community Read by reading Caleb's Crossing and joining us for a book discussion and other events throughout October and November.

Forging a deep friendship with a Wampanoag chieftain's son on the Great Harbor settlement where her minister father is working to convert the tribe, Bethia follows his subsequent ivy league education and efforts to bridge cultures among the colonial elite. By the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of March. By Geraldine Brooks.

New Staff

We are thrilled to introduce two new members of our team! Dan and Michaela are both joining us as Library Assistants, so they will be helping you at the front desk as well as working on a variety of behind the scenes projects.  Learn more about them here and stop in and say hi.

Michaela Lake

I'm a lifelong library lover and bookworm, recently dipping my toes into the world of working within the SAILS library system at both Raynham and Middleborough. I also work as a freelance social media manager. When I'm not working or reading, I'm hiking, searching for good vegan food, singing in the car or going to see live shows.

Dan Eccher

I am from Southern Connecticut.  I have been in Massachusetts since 1998.  I attended the University of Bridgewater MA.  I have been lucky enough to attend many major sporting events so please feel free to discuss or inquire.  I enjoy working with people and am looking forward to meeting my fellow members of the community. Go Islanders!
