10:00 a.m: All exhibit buildings open for setup
11:00 a.m: Opening Ceremony around the flag pole
12:00 p.m: 4-H Building opens
3:00 p.m: Donny Brang, Herald Bandshell
3:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m: Open Class Non-Livestock Check-in including Senior Citizen Class
5:00 p.m: Midway opens (wristbands – 5:00-10:00)
5:00 p.m: 4-H Rabbit Show, Show Arena (FFA and Open Class following)
8:00 p.m - 12:00 a.m: Live Wire, Herald Bandshell
7:00 p.m: Ranch Rodeo, Outdoor Arena
7:00 p.m: All 4-H Livestock Must Be In Place
9:00 p.m: Exhibit buildings close
