On September 14^th, 2022, Texas Music Office Director, Brendon Anthony participated in the “Artist Rights Alliance Presents: Building Supportive Communities for Music Creators” panel for the 23^rd annual Americanafest in Nashville, TN.

The panel was an in-depth discussion that focused on “What are ways that local governments, convention and visitors’ organizations and non-profits can ensure that music creators thrive in their communities?”

Texas Music Office and Kessler Presents Team Up for the 5th Lone Star Shindig for the 23rd Americanafest

The TMO teamed up again with the fantastic Kessler Presents, the largest independent promoter in Texas, specializing in presenting curated artists to respectful audiences in unique environments. Together, we presented our 5^th annual Lone Star Shindig at the 23^rd annual Americanafest on the Rooftop Lounge at the Bobby Hotel in downtown Nashville, TN. This year’s event featured special performances by some of our favorite Texas artists that embody the Americana music spirit, ranging from some newcomers to the well-known name of Ray Benson.
