PORTSMOUTH, NH (February 29, 2024): Prescott Park Arts Festival in partnership with Cisco Brewers Portsmouth, the New England District of the Master Brewers Association of Americas (MBAA), and WHEB/ iHeartMedia, is proud to announce the return of the crowd-pleasing craft beer festival on October 12, 2024.

New Hampshire’s premiere event for craft brewers from throughout New England and beyond, the 16th Annual Brewfest is a beer festival put on BY brewers FOR Beer Fans! Brewfest helps to support both an MBAA scholarship fund for local brewers and Prescott Park Arts Festival, a non-profit arts organization with a suggested donation revenue model located along the banks of the picturesque Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth.

“We love seeing brewers and beer fans come together each year for NH Brewfest. We are proud of this great community collaboration and look forward to marking Brewfest’s Sweet Sixteen as we celebrate 50 years of the Arts Festival,” shared Executive Director, Courtney Perkins. “It’s always a team effort to make this special day happen along with our friends at Cisco Brewers, The New England Chapter of the Master Brewers Association, WHEB and iHeartMedia. It’s such a fun day highlighting craft beer and the artisans who continue the tradition throughout New England.”

For just $60 per ticket, New Hampshire Brewfest attendees can try beer samples from nearly 50 breweries, while DJ Skooch spins tunes all day, with games and lots of festivities. Tickets are on sale now for the highly anticipated event. Food is not included but is available for purchase. Brewfest offers three types of admission; a VIP ticket for $80 with early access and commemorative Brewfest drinkware, a General Admission ticket, and a special Designated Driver ticket for $20 for those who want to support their loved ones who love beer. Taps down will be at 4 pm and the event will end at 4:30 pm.

Special early bird pricing is being offered now through April 1 with $15 off the VIP ticket, bringing it down to $65, and $10 off the GA ticket, bringing it down to $50. Attendees can use promo codes “EARLYBIRDVIP24” and “EARLYBIRDGA24".

“Cisco Brewers looks forward to hosting the 16th annual NH Brewfest on our grounds at the Pease Tradeport on October 12th. It means so much to us to bring the brewing community together to share in the passion for incredible craft beer,” said Nick Wright, General Manager, Cisco Brewers Portsmouth. “We are excited to celebrate the tradition of brewing together once again this fall.”

New Hampshire Brewfest offers a limited number of VIP tickets available for an hour-long private session that will feature limited edition brews, and a chance to meet with the brewmasters from 12-1 pm. For the VIP ticket price of $80 (advance sale only), guests will gain entry to the exclusive VIP session plus the remainder of Brewfest until 4:30 pm.

“The New Hampshire Brewfest provides the funding for MBAA New England which supports the brewing community through education and networking events, developing a strong and sustainable community of brewers," explained the MBAA District Officers. “ As well as our regular educational events, we fund the ‘In Herb We Trust Scholarships’ so our New England Members can attend MBAA Educational Courses to further develop their knowledge of brewing science and technology.”

Specific breweries will be announced closer to the event.  For more information visit NHBrewFest.com. Ticket sales are available through www.portsmouthnhtickets.com. Attendees are encouraged to purchase their tickets well in advance, as attendance is limited and this event usually sells out.
