It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Holocaust survivor and magician Werner Reich. Werner regularly shared his story with students across Long Island, reaching tens of thousands of young minds and hearts. He will always be a big part of the HMTC family. He learned his first magic trick in Auschwitz, and because of many miracles, he survived the Holocaust. While he’s no longer with us, his stories, spirit, magic, and lessons will live on.
