The Invisible Dog Art Center : Parties All Week - You Are Invited

Arts and Entertainment

October 27, 2022

From: The Invisible Dog Art Center

Hello Sweeties,

This week it's celebration at The Invisible Dog but before I want to celebrate you and to thank you for your generosity this past weekend. On Saturday, I asked you for your support and you answered beautifully well: $5000 raised over the weekend.

A good reason to start the week with a large smile on my face.

As always, our annual fundraising is live, you can make your donation at any moment.

And don't worry, if you missed all those newsletters, I start today sending personal emails and text messages. I won't let you miss the fundraiser.

On Friday, we welcome, for the second year, Yaddo Artist Reunion. If I recall, the party last year was quite fun. You should come to this one! RSVP here

On Saturday, it's a good bye, with a bit of sadness, to Look + Listen for their farewell concert. After 20 years of presenting acclaimed concerts in visual art spaces, and 6 years collaboration with The Invisible Dog, Look + Listen has decided to end operations. They offer a beautiful concert, and everything to make the party memorable. RSVP here

I told you, a lot to celebrate this week ...

See you soon.

October 26-29

Open to the public between 5pm and 8pm.

Audience members can arrive anytime in-between and stay as long as they desire while it is open.

VESSEL continues David Thomson’s research into the perception of identity, and the ways in which presence and absence operate within the human experience. Within an intricate physical installation, Thomson and his collaborating performers – Jaguar Mary X, Katrina Reid, Katie Workum, Nehemoyia Young and Martita Abril – embody a physical practice developed specifically for the project, navigating pathways of transformation and altered states.
