Marissa Mattys is a comic and a writer with a passion for medicine. She will start physician associate school in the summer. When not with patients or in front of an audience, Marissa proliferates cafe culture by sipping coffee for so long, people should just call it loitering, but they're too kind to do so. You can typically locate her by following the peals of her irreverently loud laugh. She is happiest when she’s on the road.

Cathrine Cypher is a writer, producer, and director who has over 10 years of experience bringing stories to life on video and on stage. She’s worked across many genres on everything from feature-length documentaries to 15-minute webisodes to 10-second instagram promos. An established stand-up and improv comedian, she’s bringing 30 mins of her best material to the Fringe.

Back by popular demand. A reading of Steve Martin's wildly funny play.

Corky and Norm are excited to host Gerald and Laura at their home in the valley outside Los Angeles to watch a once-in-a-lifetime meteor shower. But as the stars come out and the conversation gets rolling, it becomes clear that Gerald and Laura might not be all that they appear to be. Over the course of a crazy, starlit dinner party, the wildly unexpected occurs. The couples begin to flirt and insanity reigns. Martin, using his trademark absurdist humor, bends the fluid nature of time and reality to create a surprising and unforgettably funny new play. “Meteor Shower” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com
