FIRE FIGHTER ONE COURSE IN JANUARY

Bridgewater Residents,

The Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department & EMS has a Fire Fighter 1 course available beginning in January.   The classes will be held right down the road in Brookfield.  This class will certify you as an interior Fire Fighter, helping to protect the Town of Bridgewater.   You will be sponsored and made a member of the Bridgewater Volunteer Fire Department.

If you have been looking for some excitement in your life this may be the answer.   You will be joining a department that will build your confidence, knowledge and give you lifesaving training and experiences.   We have the biggest &  baddest apparatus in town – we will train you to operate them.  You will also be joining a membership that will support you through your training and beyond.   

As a member of the BVFD, you may qualify for a tax abatement on your property and/or vehicle taxes of up $2,000.00 annually.
