Please be aware that as of July 1st, all Northeast Region communities (which includes West Newbury) are in a Critical Drought.

As such, photos of a dry perennial stream taken on or after May 1, 2022 (when drought was initially declared for all Northeast Region communities), may not be used to overcome the presumption of its perennial status, per 310 CMR 10.58(2)(a)1.d, the full text of 310 CMR 10.00, the Regulations under the Wetlands Protection Act, can be found here.
