Welcome Melinda!

We are thrilled to be a partner in the East Tennessee Collaborative (ETC) and have a Mobility Mentor in our office.

The ETC is an initiative that empowers clients to achieve goals and gain financial independence. It is a collective effort of local organizations committed to supporting parents who are struggling on their journey toward success.

This program provides access to resources such as financial assistance and skill enhancement. Most importantly, a dedicated mentor helps along the way.

Melinda has been an East Tennessean since 2004 and is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a degree in Child and Family Studies, Psychology, and Integrated Communications. Melinda has been an advocate for families affected by substance abuse disorder and foster care as well as helping to build community in Oak Ridge schools, serving on various boards the past six years.
