Skydive United on August 20th

Has it been a bucket list idea to skydive? Are you personally motivated by giving young, disadvantaged people the chance to succeed? If you answered "yes" to one or both of these questions, we'd like to invite you to SKYDIVE with us this August 20th! Our upcoming fundraiser, "Skydive United" will raise money for our Youth Homelessness Fund - and we'd love you to be part of it!

What is the expectation? Individual fundraising among friends, family, former/current colleagues, social groups, etc. Here are the fundraising levels:

-To jump with us: $1,500

-To jump and get a wrist-cam video: $2,000

-To jump and get an independent jumper video: $2,500

What do you need to do to get started? Sign up and share your page. If you want more information first, email [email protected]. If you're ready to "jump in" click on the button below.

Little Free Libraries

United Way of Greater Nashua's "Little Free Libraries" want to be friends with you!

We're looking for volunteers to occasionally check in on one of our 15 "Little Free Libraries" around Nashua. Monitors will fill any empty or low-stock libraries with fresh books picked up from the "Friends of the Nashua Public Library". Monitors will also check for damage to the "LFLs" and report any damage to United Way. Children may be 'Little Free Library Monitors' but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This project is primarily volunteer directed.

If you would like to help, please register at the link below or email us at [email protected]

24 (Nonprofit) Stories:

Building Community in New Hampshire

Over the Edge '22 supported the fundraising efforts of 24 nonprofits and, coincidentally, the building we rappelled off of has 24 stories. We will discuss 1 Nonprofit Story to introduce you to a nonprofit that you might like to engage with. Additionally, we invite you to consider Over the Edge as a fundraiser for a nonprofit you already know and love!

If you're interested to learn more about fundraising through Over the Edge in 2023, write to [email protected].
