School Supplies Drive August 3 - 6

Each year, United Way of Greater Nashua sponsors a donation drive to restock the Rod Hansen / TAPP School Supply Pantry for the year to come. The pantry is accessible to all educators in the Greater Nashua area. Educators may pick up supplies any weekday between 10am and 3pm.

United Way of Greater Nashua volunteers will collect donations August 3 - 6 from 10am to 4pm at the Staples stores in Nashua and Amherst and will also be accepting donations of items at the United Way office at 20 Broad Street in Nashua.

At United Way, individuals can help us to “Stuff the Bus” with a school bus on site, courtesy of our good friends at First Student.

Companies can get involved by organizing their own drive and delivering the collected items to the United Way office during the days of the drive between 10am and 4pm each day.

Donations of items may be made directly through this site: https://tinyurl.com/UWGNschoolsupplies.

The School Supply Pantry, located at the United Way office at 20 Broad Street in Nashua, is a collaboration between United Way of Greater Nashua and the Teachers and Paws Project, and is named in honor of deceased United Way Board Member Rodney Hanson. All educators based in the Greater Nashua area are invited to the pantry to pick up supplies for their students and classrooms which they may otherwise have to pay for out of their own pockets.
