Vintage Ohio Wine Festival and a Little Brew, too

Colorful tents, rolling hills, picnic tables, and groves of tall oaks provide a tranquil setting for the Vintage Ohio Wine Festival, the premier food and wine event of the year.

Sample wines from Ohio wineries offering regional wines ranging from world-class wines like Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, or Riesling to fun-to-drink fruit wines made from fresh strawberries, blackberries, peaches, and raspberries. Whether one enjoys red, white, blush, dry, sweet, or something in-between, there will be an opportunity to find a favorite "Vintage Experience."

There is also plenty of scrumptious food, cooking school demonstrations, 2 stages of live music entertainment, artisans, and shopping.

Cooking Demonstration Times:

1:30pm: Chef Lisa Pucci Delgado ( Cleveland Ohio)
House bacon, Apple, white cheddar, and praline pecan salad. Local greens with Snowville Creamery shaved white cheddar candied pecans and cheese parmesan crouton with crumbled bacon and a French vinaigrette white balsamic dressing served with challah bread

2:30pm: FREDHOT! (Cleveland Ohio)
Pork Rind encrusted fried walleye with slaw

3:30pm: Pitmaster Charles Haring (Jonesboro Arkansas)
Grilled tri-tip with a West Coast Santa Monica seasoning

4:30pm: Mike McCourt
Tortellini, chopped garlic, homemade sausage, roasted red peppers, spinach. Hand grated mixture of Asiago/Romano/Parmesan.

Chef Lisa Pucci Delgado is also providing dessert after the last demonstration complimentary from Amy Joy's Confections, after the last demonstration on both August 5th and 6th.
