Valdosta State University recently welcomed 30 high school students to campus for the Georgia Migrant Education Program’s Migrant Education Summer Leadership Academy. During the two-week residential program, the students participated in a variety of experiential learning activities designed to increase their knowledge and interest in STEM, while also introducing them to college life.
