For 35 years, "A Wish Come True, Inc." has been granting wishes to children age 3 through 18 who suffer from life threatening illnesses, and live in Rhode Island and parts of southeastern Massachusetts. It has been quite a journey, and the lives of countless children and their families have been positively impacted as a result of our efforts to grant wishes.

Founded in 1982, Rhode Island's oldest wish-granting organization - to medically qualified local children age three through 18 who suffer from life threatening illnesses.
