Non-profit organization that provides emergency communication between civilians and the military delivering official messages about birth, death and illnesses.  It also works in prevention of, preparation for, and response to disasters ranging from single family fires to events like hurricanes, tornadoes and floods.  Teaches certification courses in water safety, lifeguarding, CPR/AED/First Aid, Babysitter's Training Pet First aid and CPR, and numerous disaster preparedness and training courses.
