Antioch Baptist Church is located near the intersection of Antioch Road and Waterfall Road in Haymarket, serving the spiritual needs of the entire Haymarket community. Worship services are held each Sunday at 11 AM, with Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.  We hope you will visit us soon and learn more about us.  Our historic sanctuary is also available for weddings - please contact us for details.

Our History: Antioch Baptist Church was established in 1837, and is one of the first Baptist churches founded in Prince William County. For many years, its people had traveled over the mountain (Hopewell Gap) to worship at Long Branch Baptist Church which had been established in 1786 at Halfway, Virginia. By 1837 families living in the area saw the need and possibilities for their own congregation. While building their first house of worship with stone, they used the one room log schoolhouse which is still on church property. It is believed, too, that they used the log house that is now used by the church. The current church building was constructed in 1901.
