A reminder regarding volunteer duty - The league runs smoothly through your volunteer efforts as managers, coaches and umpires. Less visible perhaps, but equally critical to our success as a league are those who help out in other capacities including: opening day, buildings & grounds, field cleanup, etc.
This league depends entirely on volunteer help - without it we simply don't run.Please be mindful of the intent of our league - to foster a learning environment about softball and baseball. It truly is all about the children. This means understanding your role as a coach and as a parent. Root FOR your team, not against the other; let the umpires do their jobs; it is difficult enough without the pressure of an adult.
