History:
Balloons Over Charlotte was established in 1984 by Dan Stone.  We had the contract to fly the AllTel Mobile Balloon for many years around the Charlotte area.  We have also participated in such events as the Statesville Balloon Race and the ALQ International Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
