The Beebe Estate is owned by the City of Melrose and is operated by the Beebe Board of Trustees, a group of volunteers appointed by the Mayor. Most importantly, the Beebe Estate serves both as a cultural center for the City of Melrose where local artists can display their work, and as a restored historic home available for rental to private parties and organizations
