Our job as officials of Bessemer Township is to use the past, present and future to provide our residents with the most effective services that are needed in order to keep the township running efficiently, yet always keeping the importance of costs and lower taxes in mind. This means keeping up-to-date in all facets of running a township from new billing formats, accounting procedures, election laws, assessing changes, land division procedures, road improvements/planning/zoning, tax laws, utilities' maintenance and expansion, to education and certification.
