Hello and welcome to Better Birthing Services,  my name is Rachel Pugh. I am an experienced, certified and insured ICEA Birth Doula. 

 I passionately believe that moms must find, through education and support, the birth path that is the most personally empowering. 

My job as your Doula is to support you and your partner in your individual vision of birth. I will support every couple down whatever road they decide to take. Whether you are interested in a natural childbirth or want medical help with your birth, I will be there for you! 

I do have specialized and have extensive training in helping women achieve a natural, drug-free and empowering birth, if that is your choice and I have also helped many amazing women achieve a successful VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).
