"To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."

The Skagit Valley Youth Organization was formed in 1995 by a group of concerned citizens who came together because they believed the 18,000 youth of our community needed to have a place to go after school that would provide positive, useful and rewarding activities in a safe, healthy, culturally diverse, drug and alcohol free environment. A decision was made to form a Skagit Valley Youth Association Club under the auspices of Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
