About the Club:
The Brainerd Rotary Foundation was founded in November of 1992 as a 501 (c) 3 Corporation in the State of Minnesota. At the funeral of a dedicated Brainerd Rotarian in 1990, the idea of a local foundation came to light. This Rotarian, a bachelor with no heirs, had a strong desire to leave part of his estate to Brainerd Rotary, but no vehicle to do so. The solution was a local foundation. All charitable requests to the club are passed to the foundation. The focus of the foundation is for the benefit of the Brainerd Area Youth.
