About Us:

The Brighton Optimist club is a community service organization dedicated to "Bringing out the best in children". We’ve been working with kids in Livingston County since 1977. Optimist clubs are members of a worldwide service organization dedicated to serving the youth in their communities.

The purpose of the Brighton Optimist Club is to develop “Optimism” as a philosophy of life and to aid and encourage the youth of our community. 

We are a group of people that care about kids. Our members include people from every aspect of our community: business, civil service, social, educational, cultural, retirees and even young people. The club is open to all adults.
